By signing up for a Telios Teaches course you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service.”) You can review the current version of the Terms of Service at any time at this page. We reserve the right to update and change the Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to the Telios Teaches website. You are advised to check the Terms of Service from time to time for any updates or changes that may impact you.
You must read, agree with and accept all of the terms and conditions contained in this Terms of Service Agreement and Telios Teaches’ Privacy Policy before you may become a Telios Teaches user.
General and Account Terms
- You must provide your full legal name, a valid email address, and any other information needed in order to complete the course registration process.
- You must have a unique user account to access a Telios Teaches course. Only one individual per account is permitted. Broadcasting a Telios Teaches course to an audience under a single account is prohibited.
- You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Telios Teaches courses, use of the courses, or access to the courses without the express written permission by Telios Law PLLC.
- A breach or violation of any term in the Terms of Service as determined in the sole discretion of Telios Law PLLC will result in an immediate termination of your services.
